in this season, i’m feeling into a phrase that my dear friend and collaborator becca offered: “we are the modality.” and/also, certain modalities/mediums inform my work. here is a non-hierarchical list of some:

direct experience, reiki, music production and sound healing, breathwork, writing, ma in women’s and gender studies, many months of silent meditation retreat practice (including a 3-month long retreat), ancestral healing, kuan yin devotional deep listening, creativity in the collapse.
