an artist, liminal space holder, guide, and tuning fork facilitating community gatherings and offering 1:1 spiritual support.

i honor the sacredness of transition and the liminal space as a doorway to the divine, deepening our relationship with our intuition and frequency of authentic expression.

in this season, i’m feeling into a phrase that my dear friend and collaborator becca offered: “we are the modality.” and/also, certain modalities/mediums inform my work. here is a non-hierarchical list of some:

direct experience, reiki, music production and sound healing, breathwork, writing, ma in women’s and gender studies, many months of silent meditation retreat practice (including a 3-month long retreat), deep listening as devotional practice.

my cosmic curriculum includes a sun in virgo, moon in taurus, and ascendant in cancer. and for the human design nerds: quad-right 1/4 splenic projector on the cross of eden.
